We need to validate that your request meets the eligibility requirements for a return. See our returns policy for more information.

Once these conditions have been validated and our agreement given, you must return your products within 5 days.

The return costs are at the customer's expense. The initial shipping costs remain at the customer's expense for all shipments outside the EU.
