We're so confident in our Star Water Filter® water filtration system that we're offering you the chance to try it out for 30 calendar days. During this time, if you're not satisfied with your water filter, feel free to return it for a full refund.
Conditions
Equipment must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to certain conditions:
- You have every right to be dissatisfied, which is why we offer this return option. However, the reason for your dissatisfaction must be real and justified. Nor can it be linked solely to a fault in installation or use, for which our customer service department is at your disposal. For example, we cannot accept returns after using your water filter simply because the filter is too big, too high, or any other reason referring to notions of size or characteristics that are clearly indicated on our Star Water Filter® online shop. Similarly, a problem of use, linked to incorrect installation/use, without having contacted our customer service department, is not a reason for eligibility for return.
- This offer is only valid for the purchase of a complete system, Mini Star, Big Star or Super Star.
- The equipment must be faultless and returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received it. Please remember to keep all the packaging, including the protective caps on the tanks, the tap boxes and the filters.
- The filters must have been dried beforehand, so as not to dampen the cartons. Before placing them in their original packaging, enclose each filter in a watertight freezer-type plastic bag.
- All return requests must be requested and approved by our customer service department. Consequently, before returning your equipment, you must make an explicit request by e-mail or via our contact form, specifying your order reference and the reason why you are not satisfied with our product. You will then have to wait for our agreement before proceeding with the return.
- If the above instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of your equipment.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your equipment.
- You remain responsible for your shipment and the equipment until it is returned to our warehouses. The equipment will be inspected and returned to you, at your expense, if its condition does not correspond to that expected and agreed at the time of your request.
- If everything is in order, the refund will be made within 30 days of the return to our warehouses.
